LIFEproETV presented to the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce
The KÖVET Association and the LIFEproETV project on innovative technologies were presented to 30 members of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce at the premises of Büchl Hungaria Kft. in Győr. Büchl Hungaria Kft. is seriously interested in having its waste management technology certified by ISO 14034. The meeting gave the opportunity to learn about the company’s waste management technology and to demonstrate the method to the participating members of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

The LIFEproETV project is dedicated to showcasing the importance of ISO14034 ETV scheme in validating the performance claims of green innovations. By participating in ChangeNow 2024, we aim to highlight how the ISO14034 ETV fosters trust and credibility in green innovations, paving the way for their widespread adoption.

Round table conference – “Investing in eco-innovation in the light of ESG and green taxonomy”
We have the honor and pleasure to invite you to take part in the round table entitled “Investing in eco-innovation in the light of ESG and green taxonomy”. Together with you, we would like to consider the following issues:
- Do ESG and taxonomy stimulate the development of the eco-innovation market?
- Will ESG encourage companies to take innovative actions and implement new technologies, thereby improving their ecological efficiency?
- What are the financial and non-financial barriers to implementing eco-innovation in Poland?
- What are the expectations of buyers and entities financing new technologies? Do we have a credible offer in Poland that meets these requirements?
- What should the offer include in the context of legal requirements and financing of eco-innovation in order to be competitive and credible for recipients?
- Do we have an ecosystem in Poland that would allow us to create such an offer and implement eco-innovations?
The meeting is organized as part of the ESG Congress “Polish Business Power” by Instytut Ochrony Środowiska – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy (the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute) and Instytut Ekologii Terenów Uprzemysłowionych (the Institute for Ecology of Industrial Areas), in connection with the implementation of the LIFEproETV project, i.e. “Promotion and implementation of ETV as a voluntary system for verifying the effect of environmental technologies” co-financed by the European Union and Narodowy Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej (the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management).
